Magnetic wireless charging Supported

• Magnetic charging is not only a convenient solution to the slow charging efficiency, easy to carry, but more importantly, beautiful and safe. As long as the charger and power bank that supports magsafe can be charged to the Baseus W11 wireless earbuds.
• At the bottom of the earbuds charging case is the magnetic charging contact. When the earbuds case is placed on the MagSafe charger, the indicator light flashes red to indicate that it is charging.
• When you accidentally move the earbuds charging case may find that the wireless charging status interrupted, the red light stopped flashing; then you need to move the charging case again.
• When there is still no power after charging：
• 1. Check whether there is a dirty foreign body on the charging pin causing the charging problem.
• 2. Use a finer cotton swab/cotton swab wet with alcohol, not water or other non-alcoholic liquids, wet and wipe clean the charging contacts of the left and right earbuds, as well as the charging contact point inside the charging case.
• 3. Put the earbuds into the charging case again for charging.
• 4. If there is still no power, please contact Baseus.

How to check battery level and charging status

Charging status of the earbuds:

• 1. Put the W11 wireless earbuds into the charging case, the white indicator on the charging case will flash for 2 minutes and then goes out.
• 2. After the white indicator light goes off, the charging will continue for about 1.5 hours until the earbuds are fully charged.

Charging status of the charging case:

• 1. When flashing red light, it means normal charging
• 2. After about 1.5 hours of charging, the white light is on, which means it is fully charged.

Display of Battery level：

• 1. The upper right corner of the phone can check the battery level of the earbuds, if not found need to slide down the top hidden page, or slide left to view the smart fold page.
• 2. Or you can view the battery of the left and right earbuds by Baseus APP(status is more accurate after being paired for 5-10 min).
