Welcome to BaduDeal (Pvt) Ltd., an online store for consumer electronics and related products in Sri Lanka. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (badudeal.lk or any subdomain of badudeal.lk), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update or modify product information at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date or offer a substitute item.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable taxes, but exclude shipping and handling fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Payoneer, Cryptocurrency, and online bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your credit card or bank account will be charged once your order is processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout Sri Lanka. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days, but we do not guarantee delivery times. Shipping fees will be according to the Prompt Xpress Pvt Ltd standard courier charges. Which the customer should pay upon delivery with cash.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at [email protected] or call 0772 469 669 to arrange for a return. We will issue a replacement unit once we receive and inspect the returned product. However the replacement unit will be offered only if the returned item is damaged while in delivery or not functioning properly.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer. We do not offer refunds for shipping and handling fees.

Some of the items are opened, checked and applied a warranty sticker by our staff before dispatching.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics on our website. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our website.

A warranty seal will be applied as a sticker on some of our products which does not have a serial number to track warranty and if this seal / sticker was damaged, then the warranty void. Package must be unpacked in order to apply this sticker and this will be done by our staff.

The warranty period for each component is mentioned like “3Y/2Y/1Y/6M/3M” in front of each product name. “Y” stands for “Year” and “M” stands for “Months”. Any product name that not mentioned above are consider as No Warranty.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
