Return and Refund Policy

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of our procedures and your rights.


We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part and if the purchase is within 7 days, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order or if the purchase is more than 7 days old, or there are no any defects with the returned item, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning the item as well as the shipping cost to receive the replacement item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as per the value of the item or items, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your bank account, within a certain amount of days.

We offer a warranty for all our products. However, please note that the warranty is void if the product has been damaged physically while in use by the customer or if the product has been damaged by water. We will provide a replacement after checking the specific product only if there are any issues with the specific product.

Replacement process

The replacement process may take from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the nature of the product and the issue. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

Government regulations and restrictions

Please note that there may be government regulations and restrictions regarding imports and exports that may affect our warranty claiming and related services. We will provide all our warranty claiming and related services according to governing laws.
